My Recommendation of JPN Culture

Can you guess where they are? This is PATINKO culture which Japan traditionally
has. PATINKO is one of the gambling in Japan. Many people enjoy it to get money or daily commodities. Generally, gambling means cards such as poker or black jack.
However in Japan, those kinds of gambling are banned by fundamental law. PATINKO
is not actually admitted as a gambling. It is recognized as arcade game. Therefore,
people who win the PATINKO need to proceed some steps to get money.

First of all, they get balls from machines when they win. Those balls are valued as 4
yen per 1 ball. For the average, people get 1300 balls by 1 fever, so that they earn
around 5000 yen at one fever.

Second, they get a check from the staffs, and exchange that check to special prize.
Special prize is different from the area.

Thirdly, they get out of the PATINKO HALL and go to exchange store to exchange
that special prize into money.

This is called “SANTENHOUSHIKI” to avoid illegal issues.

Very sadly, all of PATINKO HALL does not allow taking a picture of inside of the hall.
Therefore, I can do only showing the outside of them and advertising.

In fact, I am a member of PATINKO HALL staff at TURUHASHI.
If you guys have questions or interested in PATINKO, please ask me.
Honestly, even people who enjoy PATINKO don’t know the systems of it.
Here are some links which I often use to study the spec of machines.(Japanese)
